This document explains what becomes of your data when you write to us from this site. It is short, because the site collects little.
01The essentials
- Browsing the site leaves no trace with us: no cookies, no trackers, no analytics tools. Only the host’s technical logs, common to every web server, keep a record of the visit.
- The partnership form is the only collection we carry out, and it begins when you send it, not before.
- Six fields, not one more. No sensitive data, no bank details, no identity documents.
- Your contact details do not leave the team.
- For a question, and for all your rights, a single address: prestigepadeltour@gmail.com.
02Who processes your data
The data controller is Prestige Padel Tour, organiser of the circuit, established in Morocco, where the processing is carried out — "we" in the rest of this text. Its full identity is provided to anyone who requests it in the exercise of their rights, and to the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection).
03What we collect
Only what you enter in the partnership form:
- Full name — required
- Company or brand — required
- Role — required
- Work email — required
- Phone — required
- Message — optional
The first five fields place your enquiry in context and let us answer it, by email or by phone: without them, the form does not go through. The message is free text; write in it only what serves your enquiry.
The site adds one thing only: the date and time of receipt.
Nothing else. It records neither your IP address, nor your browser, nor the pages you have viewed, nor any fingerprint that would let you be recognised from one visit to the next.
04Why we collect it
For one reason only: to receive your partnership enquiry, to answer it, and to continue the exchange if it comes to something. You take the initiative in writing to us, and your submission triggers the processing. In law, these are steps taken at your request with a view to a possible contract, provided for in article 4 of Law No. 09-08.
Your data serves no other purpose. No newsletter, no prospecting list, no advertising, no profiling, no automated decisions.
05What happens after you send it
Three things, in this order:
- 1Your enquiry is recorded on the site’s server, with its date of receipt.
- 2A notification arrives in the team’s inbox, prestigepadeltour@gmail.com. It repeats what you entered, and we need only reply to it to write to you directly.
- 3An acknowledgement of receipt goes to the address you gave. Its wording is the same for everyone; only your name appears in it.
These two emails are plain text: no attachments, no images, no tracking pixels. We do not know whether you open our message. They are currently carried by Google, which also hosts the team’s inbox.
To prevent submissions in quick succession, your address stays for a quarter of an hour in the server’s working memory, long enough to rule out a second acknowledgement of receipt. It leaves that memory at the next request, at the latest when the server restarts, and is written nowhere else.
06How long we keep it
Three years from our last exchange. After that period, the team deletes your enquiry from the server, and the corresponding emails with it. This deletion is done by hand: it is not automatic.
If a partnership arises from your enquiry, your business contact details are kept for its full duration. Contractual and accounting records are then kept for ten years, as the law requires.
You can request deletion at any time, without waiting for that period to elapse.
07Who has access
- The members of the team who handle enquiries.
- The provider who develops and administers the site, when working on the server.
- Two technical providers: Hostinger, which hosts the site and the server where your enquiry is recorded, and Google, which supplies the email service under the terms that apply to that service.
No one else. Your contact details are neither sold, nor rented, nor exchanged, and are passed to no partner brand, no advertising network, no advertiser, no data broker.
Hostinger and Google are foreign companies: your data may therefore be hosted outside Morocco. This transfer has no purpose other than to carry and store the enquiry you send us, and article 44 of Law No. 09-08 authorises it on that basis.
08What the site does not do
- It places no cookies, not even technical ones, and writes nothing in your browser: no local storage, no identifier. There is therefore no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
- It does not measure its audience. No analytics tool, no third-party script runs during your visit.
- It loads nothing from outside: photos, videos and fonts are served by the site itself. No embedded video, no map, no social media widget.
- It does not remember your language: it reads the preference your browser announces, long enough to send you to the French or the English version, and keeps nothing of it.
- It has no accounts, no logins, no passwords.
The only link leading off the site goes to our Instagram account; the call and email buttons open the corresponding application on your phone. Until you click, nothing leaves the site. Opening our Instagram account means stepping onto Meta’s ground: its rules then apply, and we have no control over them.
09Security
- The form, like our emails, travels over an encrypted connection. Encryption protects the journey; it cannot do everything: on an open network, no one can guarantee that a message will never be read along the way.
- Only the members of the team who handle enquiries have access to the server and to the inbox. They are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
- The enquiries file appears neither in the site’s code, nor in the archive sent to the host at each deployment.
- The site keeps an incident log: if the recording of an enquiry fails, its content appears there; if an email does not go out, the address concerned may appear there. It stays on the server, and is opened only in the event of a failure.
- Like every web server, the one hosting the site keeps technical logs: IP address, page requested, timestamp. They belong to the host; we draw no statistics from them, and a deletion does not reach them.
- If your data were exposed following an incident, we would notify you at the address you gave us.
10Your rights
The processing is governed by Moroccan law, and in particular by Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
You have a right of access, a right of rectification and, on legitimate grounds, a right of objection. We add deletion to these: on simple request, without having to give a reason. Two reservations, and only two: the contractual and accounting records of a partnership arising from your enquiry are still kept for as long as the law requires, and deletion reaches neither the technical logs nor any backups held by the host, which are erased on their own schedule.
These rights are exercised free of charge, at prestigepadeltour@gmail.com. We verify your identity by the address used in the form: if you write from another, we ask you to confirm from the one in the form. We will never ask you for an identity document. We reply as promptly as possible, and within ten days at most for a rectification or a deletion, as article 8 of the Law requires.
The phone and Instagram are for conversation; to exercise your rights, write to us: a written request is dated, a conversation is not. Messages received on Instagram follow the same rules, but they pass through Meta.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNDP, cndp.ma.
11If you write to us from the European Union
This site is aimed at brands that want to associate themselves with a Moroccan circuit. It does not target the European Union market, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is therefore not intended to apply to it. We nevertheless grant the following to anyone who writes to us from the Union:
- The rights listed above are joined by erasure, restriction and portability, exercised at the same address.
- Our technical providers may host your data outside the European Union.
- You may lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection authority.
12Updates to this document
This document describes the site as it works on 21 August 2026. If the site changes (a new form, an analytics tool, a third-party service), this document is corrected at the same time and the date at the top of the page is updated. No new use is applied to data already received.
